The Ioniq 6 came with different battery and motor options (standard- and long-range RWD, and a long-range AWD dual-motor). Charging is via CCS2; long-range RWD cars support high-speed DC charging which shortens long trips, while AWD variants trade a little range for extra performance. Hyundai offers an 8-year battery warranty in Europe, so check remaining warranty and whether the car has had major DC fast-charging or battery repairs.

- CCS charging port and any tethered cable condition; test fast-charging if possible and check charge speeds reported in the car.
