Spanner can help turn your car details into an advert.
Could suit you if…
- You have convenient, regular charging at home, work or nearby: an electric car could fit your day-to-day routine.
- You prefer a higher seating position: this SUV/crossover type may suit. Try getting in and out; the body shape alone does not prove extra seats or four-wheel drive.
- You would prefer less gear changing in traffic: the recorded automatic transmission may suit. Try how this exact gearbox behaves on a test drive.
Think twice if…
- You need room for several children or extra passengers: the seat count is not recorded. Confirm this exact version's seats and child-seat fit; do not assume from the model name.
- You often travel far with little time to stop: check the battery's condition, realistic winter range and charging speed for this exact version.
- You are choosing based on mileage: a usable distance is not recorded here. Confirm whether this is a new/delivery-mileage car or an incomplete advert.
This is general guidance about this type of car and your needs — not an inspection or approval of this individual car.
This is a brand-new battery-electric Renault built on the small EV platform and uses a single-speed automatic motor with regenerative braking. Expect an EV-style service pattern (fewer oil/major mechanical services) and a manufacturer battery warranty; some early-production software teething issues can appear on a new model so check dealer software updates and warranty cover. Charging capability (AC and any advertised DC fast-charge) and the actual usable range are the bits buyers most commonly want confirmed on delivery.
- Charging equipment supplied: confirm Type 2 cable(s) and any tethered cable or adapter are present and compatible with your home charger.
- Charge-port operation and locking, and test charging at AC (and DC fast‑charge if the spec lists it) to confirm charging rate.
- Initial battery state: confirm pre-delivery charge, battery warranty paperwork and any stated usable kWh / WLTP range.
- ADAS and cameras: verify lane-keep, automatic emergency braking and camera calibrations work and the infotainment shows latest software.
- Exterior and fitment: check panel gaps, paint for transport damage, door/boot seals and that doors/boots close smoothly (common on early batches).
